Leptit Nuage
Honey cream was created by French chef Jean-Baptiste Grenouille back in the 70s when he invented the recipe of blending honey with berries. The idea was to whisk honey gently for several hours till it became light, airy, and fluffy. It was at this moment he decided to add dried fruit and berries.
